Service Mission and Goal
The service of Integrated Mental Health Programme targets for persons suffering from emotional distress in family medicine clinics in Hong Kong East and New Territories West.
This project believes that through different inter-professional collaborations (doctors and social workers), early intervention to provide emotional counselling, medication and community resource for persons in need, so that the people suffering emotional distress can be fully cared for and improved in their physical and mental health.


Service Highlights
- Individual interviews and counselling;
- Introduction to community resources;
- Medical treatment; and
- Groups and seminars.
Target Group
Aged 18 or above who are suffering from emotional distress.
Application
- Can apply for services to family medicine clinics doctors and be referred by doctors.
- You can contact the responsible social worker for enquiry.
Service Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
(except public holidays)
Withdrawal
Withdraw from the service can be submitted to the doctor/social worker orally or in writing.

Fees
HK$50.00/ session (the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance beneficiary and civil servants, fees will be waived)
